Some managers will insist on being world managers. The artist might find that they think a separate manager could take better care of their business in certain territories.

You could, for instance, try to negotiate for a clause that allows the artist to appoint another manager for the United States in return for a commission of 5% of gross earnings from this territory being paid to the original manager.
